Bloody Mary Prawn Cocktail Cups

The classic prawn cocktail with a shot of vodka to put hairs on your chest. Who needs a bowl when nature gave us leaves?

Serves 2

Ingredients
100g mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp vodka
Juice of ½ a lemon
¼ tsp salt
300g cooked king prawns
12 large leaves of baby gem lettuce
Pinch of cayenne pepper

To serve
Dill sprigs
Lemon slices

1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, vodka, lemon juice and salt. Add the king prawns and stir, ensuring they are evenly coated.

2. Spoon the prawn mixture into the lettuce leaves and top with cayenne pepper. Serve with dill and lemon, if you like.
